Tropical Dreams is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Cocoa, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You'll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.
Enter through the shaded, gated, private front patio into the open living space with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Dining space for 4 sits next to a gorgeous open kitchen equipped with everything you need on vacation ... including a dishwasher!
