This 2200sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom two story brick home on a quiet cove is our Ventures in Memphis listing. Originally built in the late 50’s, I am only the third owner. It boasts two separate living areas, galley style kitchen, a separate dining room, two tile bathrooms, full size washer and dryer and a large back yard with seating on the covered patio. This space is perfect for larger groups that are traveling together! Plenty of space for 9 people!
Check out our themed bedrooms! All 6 beds have thick memory foam mattresses and MyPillow pillows for "the best sleep of your life!" Enjoy the glamour of an era gone by in the Elvis room. Show your school spirit by staying in the Memphis Tigers room. Sing the blues in the upstairs Beale St/Memphis music room. OR see the sights around town in the upstairs twin bed room. Amenities include keyless entry, 55 inch TV in the front living area with a large comfy sectional on which to enjoy Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos and more, seating for 10 for sit down meals, queen sized bed in bedroom1, queen sized bed in bedroom 2, queen sized bed in upstairs bedroom 3 and three twin beds in upstairs bedroom 4, kitchen with coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator, full size gas oven/stove, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, off street parking for multiple vehicles as well as on street parking if needed, highspeed internet with WIFI, central heat and air.
