Guest access
Guests will enjoy complete privacy with full access to the entire fenced in property, including the private pool. There are no additional dwelling units on site.
Check in and check out is more flexible during non-antique show dates. Please confirm check in/check out time for show dates.
Other things to note
It is important to note that the pool does not have a fence around it. This is not ideal for young children. Guests are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions. This is a rural property, so wild animals, insects, and snakes are prevalent. We do not suggest letting kids or pets roam unattended.
Please be aware of a neighboring pump station that produces a subtle, consistent white noise akin to distant highway sounds. We aim to provide full transparency, ensuring your stay is a peaceful and enjoyable one.
Cameras: We have cameras on the exterior facing the driveway and pool of this home for video surveillance. There are NO inside cameras. Host may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
Pets: We typically do not allow pets. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact host directly for exceptions. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in a property, you will be charged a fee of $250 and asked to leave without a refund.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes of any kind on property.
- Indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
- Please reach out to host ahead of time for pricing if wanting to use the hot tub, as the house is on a fixed propane tank.
- Please pay special attention to care instructions on all dinnerware/glasses before use. Some items are hand wash only. Others are dishwasher safe but not microwave safe.
- There are coasters in all bedrooms and common areas. Please use them!
- Kindly refrain from eating on the upholstery/in bedrooms. Guests will be responsible for any damages/stains to upholstered furniture.
- There is velvet upholstery in the home that is not stain proof. There are decorative blankets throughout the house that can be used to cover upholstery if you are worried about stains. There are cleaning supplies/stain removal products in the pink locker in the laundry room. If you need to use these, please test the cleaning supplies in a non-visible spot first. We cannot guarantee the products work for all of the upholstery. For velvet, a warm wet towel with mild soap if needed is best.
- There is a list of potential charges for any damage to the property or host's belongings inside the welcome book in the front entry. If you would like to review a list of these charges ahead of time, please reach out to the host.
- Please ensure all windows and doors are locked upon leaving and both upstairs and downstairs thermostats are set to 80 degrees on cool.
