Custom Built Sky High Ranch Cabin!
This cabin is located in the quiet neighborhood of Sky High Ranch, five miles
west of Bear Valley. The cabin sits high on its lot making it very private.
Bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, wood
interiors and flooring throughout. Many sunlit windows with views of the
forest. This cabin is well appointed, including a spacious, stocked kitchen
with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. The
main level offers two bedrooms both have Queen sized beds. On the upper level
there are twin sized bunk beds in the loft and a King sized bed in the huge
master bedroom. Sauna in the basement and a Hot Tub just off the French Doors
in the main living area. Large mudroom for all your ski gear. Excellent deck
to entertain on with.
** This cabin is accessible year round, but access is limited in winter to 4WD
/ AWD vehicles with clearance. The snow levels vary in the winter months but
Hot Tub is always useable on the deck.

During the Winter Season - Snow levels may vary - the driveway may not be
accessible and you may have to park in the overflow parking - the road is
plowed up to the cabin but you would need 4 wheel drive access to get up and
down the road
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
