Our main goal is to provide you with the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation possible. For all reservations made on or after April 25th, 2021, these are some of the amenities included in all non-discounted nightly rates: ***You can add/remove amenities and the rate will be discounted accordingly*** 1. Private Shuttle in the San Juan Area Only guests with non-discounted rates will enjoy free transportation services to/from the property ONLY if it is in the San Juan Area from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Throughout your stay, all non-discounted guests can rest assure that most transportation needs within the San Juan Area will be covered within the posted hours of operations. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. If it is within the hours of operation above, you can count on us! The transportation included in the nightly rate is NOT a 24/7 private chauffer service and should NOT be confused with one. Once we finalize the approved itinerary, we staff the respective routes with the appropriate number of vans and drivers. Thereafter, the driver will arrive to pick you and your guests up at the time indicated in the itinerary and will drive you to the next destination indicated in your itinerary. Any last-minute detours or changes (if able to accommodate) may incur a small per person fee. 2. FREE Brunch Every morning on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, we will have chef come on site to prepare brunches for all guests with non-discounted rates. Please do not make the mistake of assuming this is some cheap continental breakfast, as you will be impressed by the quality of brunches our chefs prepared (or you can check our IG @HighSoClub to see for yourself!). Please note that the brunch service must be reserved BEFORE LANDING IN PUERTO RICO otherwise it is safe to assume it won’t be free. Bring the champagne, we got the OJ! 3. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discounts that we offer to all guests with non-discounted rates are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more! All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer these services. 4. Daily Cleaning With our commitment to safe travel, we not only include daily cleaning for all reservations, but is actually MANDATORY (at least in all common areas of your listing). Our dedicated staff will make sure your areas are cleaned every single day (and even multiple times a day), take out the trash, wash and dry towels, wash dishes, etc. 5. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7 From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything in this island. After booking, we will send you a list of tours with their respective prices for you to select for each day that you are here. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities with hyperlinks and prices for you to simply click and book (or we can even book for you if you’d like). DISCLAIMER 1. We charge a PER PERSON rate We MUST abide by a maximum capacity requirement imposed on us by the government of Puerto Rico. As such, only the people reflected in your reservation (“paying guests”) will be allowed on site and in the Vans (NO EXCEPTIONS). We have staff on site 24/7 specifically to observe that the Executive Order and rules are being followed by all our guests. 2. Masks must ALWAYS be worn while in the Vans Just like you did in the Airplane… and the Executive Order ABSOLUTELY MUST BE FOLLOWED. 3. $50 cash deposit per person 4. $50 cash deposit per person The $50 cash per person fee is a hybrid fee that serves as a damage/security deposit (i.e., breaking silverware, furniture, fixtures; missing/stolen items; broken glass in the pool, etc.) and an extra cleaning fee (i.e., stained couches, walls, spilling food/drinks in the vans, makeup in towels/pillow cases, cigarette/blunt on the grass/premises, etc.). Thus, for example, if you and your guests left the premises/vans with zero damages/stains and relatively clean conditions, you can expect to see a good 80%+ of this deposit/extra cleaning fee refunded. This deposit needs to be provided 24 hours prior to arrival via cashapp, venmo, or zelle and will be refunded 24 hours after departure via cashapp, venmo, or zelle. 4. ABIDE BY ALL LOCAL LAWS AND ORDINANCES Currently, the executive order controls and indicates when the curfew starts. As such, quiet hours on site will start at that same time. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE of your listing as the police department and/or health department will show up if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. *** When booking, using any sort of discount (i.e., non-refundable, last minute, etc.) will likely affect the amenities included. Rule of Thumb: If requesting within 2-4 weeks of your check-in date, chances are the rate is discounted and the listing does not include some of the amenities ALWAYS CONTACT THE HOST TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A DISCOUNTED RATE OR IF YOU WANT TO CUSTOMIZE THE AMENITIES INCLUDED *** With 350+ 5-star reviews, our reputation truly precedes us!
