Positive: I have had a very bad experience with booking.com and saffron stay . I have been charged double i of what I should have paid . I search for three people two rooms and 2 Nights check in date 1st sept abd check out 3 Rd sept. The price came to 31006 /- for two night two rooms but was converted to 3 people one room . I immediately brought it to the notice of saffrons stay but they advised me to escalate the matter with booking.com. On the same dates immediately I checked again on booking.com after making this payment. The room rate was 8300 rs per night for double occupancy . Hence for 2 rooms two nights I would have paid 32000 rs approx . However I was charged 31000 for one room 3 people There was no space to put an extra bed in the living room . Hence I had to take another room. The owners understood the mistake made by booking.com and saffron stay . However they said the best they could do is give me another room for 12000 rs two nights . So totally I ended up paying 43000rs for two rooms two nights for no fault of mine . I am very dissatisfied with what saffronstay has done with me . They washed theirs hands off by saying booking.com is responsible for this . Please compensate me in whichever way you must as the I the poor customer should not have to bear the brunt for this mistake of booking.com and safftonstay . Regards . Capt. Sunali .Taktawala .
