Positive: The room size is quite big, we really liked how we received bathrobes and slippers for even our youngest kid. the breakfast is quite good, fresh and changing every day. the pool was clean and the staff is very polite and helpful.
Negative: The pool itself is smaller than expected, luckily we were alone most of the time, so it didn't impact us as much. the jacuzzi were not warm enough in my opinion. We didn't realize that all the outdoor activities are extra charge. we expected that if we pay 400 EURO per night, we shouldn't add 5 euro for tennis rackets or to take a sap for the lake. We didn't know that the gondola is closed during the week, and we couldn't use it at all, so all of our expectations to hike up on the hill didn't happen.
