The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island. The house Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor there is 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with dining area and 1 kitchen. The house is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player The outdoor area The outdoor area has a terrace, sun beds, garden and parking.
