Positive: The house is an older nice looking villa, We stayed on the ground floor. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped kitchen. the apartment has large windows, so you have plenty of light inside

Negative: We were there in December, when we arrived around 19:00 on site , the apartment was cold, heating on ECO. Even though I turned the heating on high, it wasn't even 16 degrees inside. Outside temperature -2.The central heating in the house turned off at around 21:00 hrs. Fortunately, whenever I'm in a place for the first time, I pack a small heater. So I managed to keep at least the bedrooms around 18 degrees. Unfortunately the kitchen/living room wasn't even 10 degrees in the morning. For this reason I cannot recommend the residence in winter The waste in the shower didn't drain, so after the shower the bathroom resembled a swimming pool. No batteries for the remote so you can't even turn on the TV
