The living room includes one huge couch and a large 55" Roku TV high end games for your group to enjoy.
The main dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 stools at the bar just behind it. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the games this house has to offer.
The entire house has beautiful wood shutters to allow for bright light to come into the house or keeping it dark while sleeping or watching movies. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.

The game room is jam packed with everything your group could need to enjoy themselves. Immediately once walking out the french doors off the living room you will find a massive 65” smart TV with a Nintendo Switch. There is a Pacman Arcade machine, foosball table, Jenga, and several board games!

Just out the back sliding door you will find lounge patio seating, a firepit, hammock and cornhole! There is ample parking in the driveway, garage and on the street.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
Other things to note
This home is in a residential area. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you check in instructions. You will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.
Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the garage that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
