Spacious post & beam home with lake views, gourmet kitchen and house amenities that will give you all the comfort of home with Adirondack charm! Enjoy year-round comfort with climate control in each room. Relax after a day of hiking, fishing or skiing in the outdoor hot tub. Pour a glass of wine or cold beer and sit out on the patio or your own 19 foot sandy beach and soak in the mountain backdrop of the Great Sacandaga Lake!
*NOTE: Sacandaga Lake is a reservoir, so water levels fluctuate and could and affect the amount of beach available. The beach is likely to be underwater from April - May and could be limited in June. Lake access is available regardless of water levels.
Private road means privacy and peace; little to no traffic so you can enjoy a walk or take a bike ride through the quaint neighborhood. Outdoor play-set is perfect for the kids. Guests are not allowed access to the Sacandaga Heights Association lake access rights, which includes the picnic area and docks. This area is for MEMBERS ONLY and is clearly marked off with Members Only signs.
