Elegance, entertainment, and extravagance await at this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate in the heart of Rancho Mirage. This brand-new construction, private retreat is purposefully designed for our guests to enjoy the amenities of a luxury hotel with all the benefits of your own private villa.
This one-of-a-kind property features a private, enclosed courtyard with amenities to keep anyone in the group entertained! The gorgeous grounds feature a large pool complete with a baja shelf to stay cool and a spa for those chilly winter nights. For those guests looking for entertainment, you'll find your choice of a regulation size pickleball court plus a putting green and bocce ball for some more relaxing fun! If you are looking to escape the sun, check out the covered outdoor seating complete with a large screen TV, outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and your own pizza maker great for whipping up your favorite meals. Additional features include an outdoor shower for rinsing off and a conveniently located additional 1/2 bath next to the pool! Adjacent to the seating area is a detached casita with ensuite bathroom for your guests wanting additional privacy. If you are looking to stay warm while taking in the sights step over to the outdoor fire pit perfect for a cocktails or tasty s'mores! Want to stay active during your stay? We have you covered with your own treadmill right off the primary suite and a weight bench in the garage!
Step inside to the modern and cozy great room detailed with elegant furnishings and additional entertainment. As you enter through the grand front entrance, you'll find an exquisite chef's kitchen with multiple ovens, oversized stove, and a large prep island with seating for 4 plus an additional table with room for 8 more! Just beyond, you will find one side of living area with a cozy sectional, large screen TV and built in gas fireplace. To your right, is a baby grand piano to show off your skills and pool table for some friendly competition. Additional perks include all smart TVs, high-speed wifi and ample space to make yourself feel at home.
The primary suite has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, and seating area. This room also has a large Smart TV and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. The suite opens to the patio with access to the backyard.

In addition to the house rules listed by TRAVLR Vacation Homes, the City of Rancho Mirage has specific Rules that must be abided by:
Maximum occupancy is not to exceed 10 guests at all times
A “responsible person” who is at least 30 years-old shall personally occupy the property
Outdoor music or amplified sound of any kind is not permitted at the property at any time of day or night.
We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
City of Rancho Mirage does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time of day or night.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
