Positive: This was a great looking place, and very close to most everything, we didn't need our car at all. You can walk everywhere.
Negative: The bathtub is a little dangerous. If you have balance or mobility issues, you are going to have a hard time getting in & out of the tub. It looks cool, but not very functional. My mom would not be able to stay here.
