Welcome to Schoolhouse Stay! While our name celebrates the property's heritage as a former schoolhouse, today it's transformed into the ultimate year-round vacation destination! Join us for a stay where history meets modern leisure in the most delightful way! Our freshly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath haven, perfect for families, couples, and friends' getaways! This delightful retreat features two cozy living rooms and a dedicated game room that promises endless fun. Pet friendly upon request, family friendly, highchair and pack n play available. Nestled in a serene setting, our spacious property includes a large, fenced backyard complete with plenty of outdoor games and amenities like an EV Charger, Bathroom floor heaters, indoor arcade games and more! Whether you're here for a peaceful weekend or a lively gathering, you'll find yourself completely charmed and never wanting to leave!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Other Things to Note:
- We are dog friendly on a case by case basis. Please inquire with Kayse if you intend on bringing your four legged friends! There is a pet fee of 115 dollars for up to two pets. You will be charged if you bring pets without letting us know.
- We are on Well water. There is a water filtration system throughout the entire property but it isn't uncommon for a slight Sulphur smell to come through occasionally.
- Early Check in/Late Check out is available 24 hours prior to arrival, if there is not a same day turn over, for an extra 50 dollar fee.
-Absolutely NO smoking inside or near the property. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vapes, hookah, or marijuana. If there is any indication of smoking you will automatically be fined at a minimum of 300 dollars but subject to more if we have to pay extra for cleaning and odor remediation.
Interaction with Guests:
We provide self check in via our smart lock. However, Kayse, our co-host will be available during your stay if you should have any questions, comments, concerns. Please feel free to reach out to her anytime.
