The Sea Castle is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This 8-Story beach resort surrounds a covered Atrium and also has a covered ground level parking garage. This unit has some of the best beach front on the Strip! This third floor unit is centered in the building, so you have beautiful views of both sides of the beach. Some of the spectacular on-site amenities includes a large pool (seasonal), hot tub (available all year) , kiddie pool, sundeck and picnic grilling area. This 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath oceanfront condo features floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and 4 Roku equipped televisions. DW, Washer & Dryer. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, waterspouts & fishing are all in close proximity to Sea Castle. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
