Chy Kensa Apartments presents Sea Scapes a recently refurbished fabulous contemporary one bedroom apartment with open plan living room with fantastic sea views and parking. This spacious pet friendly apartment also benefits from an outside patio area with seating to relax after a day on the beach or to explore the night’s sky with the telescope. The lounge area has a cosy sofa (which can be a sofa bed to accommodate an additional two people) with two extra easy chairs and far reaching sea views. There is a TV with a Now TV package. The kitchen/diner area features a modern high gloss kitchen with a built in washing machine and slimline dishwasher. There is an electric oven with induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area has a table and chairs with seating for four. The large bedroom features a super kingsize bed (which can be configured as two singes) with a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash hand basin with mood lighting. Outside there is a raised patio area with table and chairs to maximise the sea views, perfect for your morning coffee, glass of prosecco or a gin and tonic. There is the added benefit of a shared separate sink and shower located to the side of the main entrance. Perfect to wash the sand off after a relaxing day on the beach. Sea Scapes is pet friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend with you please let us know, all we ask is an additional £20.00 charge per dog.
