This is a corner sea front unit with floor to ceiling windows all overlooking the beautiful blue ocean waters and the beach. Also includes full terraces (one from each side of the apartment, one with sea views) with entrances from both living from and bedrooms.
Luxuriously and meticulously designed for the ultimate beach lifestyle, the apartment spreads over 85 sqm (915 sqft) and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a private terrace of 50 sqm (538 sqft), a well equipped kitchen and a large living - dining room. There are TV's in the living room and each bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be opened to accommodate 2 more sleepers.
Besides the apartment itself, the guests will have access to the private pools of the building (one for adults and one for kids) and a parking spot in the building (EUR20.00 daily rate).

It is a unique space where you will find everything, from "day to day" products to the latest in fashion and design (Zara, H&M, Miss Sixty, and Desigual). There are plenty of places to eat at and you can catch the latest films at the cinema (but only in Spanish). All right beside the sea!
Most of the center is closed on Sundays, but the restaurants and entertainment areas are open every day.
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. Please note that, as per the new regulations effective May 1st, 2025, the tourist tax has increased to €9.35 per adult (over 17 years old), per night, for a maximum ofsevennights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies, and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome, we will collect a €150 security deposit at the time of check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment and a €50 for extra cleaning.
