Positive: The property is situated within 5 minutes from convenience stores, bars, and restaurants. The 1 bed flat has everything you need. Nice views and terraces, hot tub a lovely bonus for price. Be careful with getting in and out of lift to apartment. You step down then up and can be strange. Managers very responsive and willing to help guide you. We found the Uber and Wolt app strategy to find your way around
