Positive: This little home is cozy and comfortable and absolutely love the location. Makes it easy to walk around downtown. Perfect fit for my kids and I.

Negative: The only thing I'd say that would need to improve a little bit would be the cleaning. The beds were super clean and the bathroom seemed good but there's areas in the house where it's dusty and there was a tiny plastic spoon right by the bed skirt that was left from the previous renters. Other then this we love this home so much.
