Positive: The communication was excellent. Very easy to find the property, just a short walk from the airport bus stop. Simple and easy check-in. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a 7 night stay. Very comfortable, with a south-facing balcony overlooking the pool. The location is great, with Yumbo and Cita in easy walking distance, yet the apartment is lovely and peaceful. Surrounded by supermarkets.
Negative: The bottle of red wine to greet me on arrival was a lovely touch. I could not find a corkscrew to open it, however :-)
