Two bedroom suites at opposite ends of the house, plus sleeping accommodations in the centrally located living room, provide guests a great deal of privacy. Meticulously maintained and cleaned, with luxury linens, this pet-free home is ideal for those with allergies and other sensitivities. Two large enclosed patios, both with lovingly maintained gardens, plus an ocean-view deck and hot tub, give multiple options for being outdoors.
Spacious and well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The beautiful solid wood live-edge dining table comfortably seats 6-8 people. Warm and inviting elevated living room with redwood beamed ceiling, gas fireplace, spacious window seat, game table, large TV, and a variety of comfortable seating options. The south bedroom features a king-sized Leesa Hybrid mattress, an en-suite two-sink bathroom with a skylight and oversized walk-in shower, window seat, and gas fireplace. The north bedroom has a king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, TV, and adjacent bathroom with skylight. Additional skylights bathe the home in natural light. Separate laundry room. Reliable high-speed fiber-optic internet.
The home is a 10-minute drive to the recently renovated Sea Ranch Lodge, where you can enjoy fine dining. In addition, you will have access to the many Sea Ranch amenities, including 50+ miles of Sea Ranch walking trails along the waterfront and in the redwood forest, tennis and pickleball courts, and outdoor heated swimming pools.
Seascape is a solar-powered home equipped with a solar battery for backup power in case of an electricity grid outage. A JuiceBox Pro32 Electric Car Charging Station is available in the garage.
