Nestled in a beautiful, private, wooded 10+ acre lot, Kap's Cabin has breathtaking mountain views. This 3 story charming log cabin is the perfect romantic get-away to enjoy relaxation and slow down while still having modern luxuries. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker, and more. A full size washer and dryer are at your fingertips, so no need to worry if you packed enough. Master bedroom on the main floor offers a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, TV in room and private bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub and shower. The master bedroom downstairs offers a queen size Casper bed, fireplace, ceiling fan and full walk in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a full size bed with 2 twin beds along with a sitting area and huge TV. There are 2 Family rooms and one with a 65" flat screen smart TV.
Out of our love for the NC Mountain High Country came a search for the perfect mountain getaway to share. We instantly fell in love with this cabin, the area surrounding it and of course, the beautiful views. We want visitors to Kap's Cabin to find peace and solitude among the natural beauty that surrounds our mountain retreat. You have the entire cabin to yourself. You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival.

Kap's Cabin is in the Mountains. Approaching the cabin means that you are comfortable driving mountain roads, including driving up and down a mountain gravel road. This gravel road is approximately 3.5 miles to cabin. Please be mindful of snow and ice during winter months and ensure you have an appropriate vehicle for that season. AWD or 4x4 is recommended. We can't forecast the weather. In general, snowfall is light and usually melts quickly. The winter months are wonderful months in the mountains, great for a fire, some outdoor hiking, tubing, skiing and hot tubbing.

* Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
* No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
