This characterful cottage is full of charm and finished to a very good standard throughout and is set centrally to explore the whole of Pembrokeshire, for keen walks and for plenty of wildlife enjoy a stroll down to Wallis Common which is a designated Site of Scientific Interest with ponds and seating area perfect for a picnic on a balmy summer’s day. After a day of exploration, you can come back to Ty-Ffaenor and have a lovely relaxing soak in the hot tub that is located in the out building which is in the garden.
This semi-detached cottage enjoys two bedrooms on the first floor, both have been lovingly furnished and offer a high level of comfort with lots of natural light. On the ground floor the beamed living area boasts solid oak flooring and a Smart TV, perfect to enjoy a cosy night in with a good movie and you can enjoy great speeds with Fibre optic broadband. The open plan kitchen and dining area is complete with a bespoke solid wood kitchen with Belfast sink and tiled floor with inglenook to house the range cooker, perfect for cooking that special meal.
The detached, lawned garden is great to relax in with your furry friend or enjoy a glass of wine. All of south Pembrokeshire’s top beaches are accessible within a 30–40-minute drive, and both Scolton Manor and Llys y Frân Country Park are within 5 miles of the cottage. A trip to Tenby is fun for all the family, with a selection of sandy beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants. Whitesands, Newgale and Freshwater East offer long surfing beaches, plus many more beaches to explore. The theme parks of Heatherton and Oakwood are a great day out, or for younger families take a trip to Folly Farm Zoo, all within 20-40 minutes’ drive.
