The whole group will feel at home in this beautiful high ceiling, open concept 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, less than a mile from Hwy 10 & i39, 4.7 miles to the beautiful SentryWorld golf course, walking distance to shopping, & the Green Circle Trail.

The space:
A 2015 built home offers 2 large bedrooms, including a walk in master closet with on suite bathroom, double sink vanity. Second bedroom has room darkening curtains and wood slate blinds for those who enjoy sleeping in darkness, plus a queen bed that has remote to move head/feet up and down. Second bathroom is set up for wheelchair access shower, and hand rails. If needed, queen air mattress and couch can sleep 3 additional, for a total of 7 persons.
A gas fireplace makes the home feel warm and inviting. Come sit and enjoy the 65" Samsung Smart TV with 5.0 soundbar (all from 1 remote). The HDMI extender makes easy access to your own streaming device, or enjoy the free apps already loaded and Samsung TV streaming channels.
Kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for entertaining, including 4 bar stools, table w/ 6 chairs. Off the dining room corner is a dedicated work space / desk, including an ergonomic work chair, 2 monitors, keyboard, and mouse.
Enjoy the sunny patio on the double glider bench, and wind down with a beverage while starting dinner on the Weber charcoal grill with electric charcoal starter.
