🔴 IML has introduced a new wristband policy for short-term rental guests:
🔹 Wristbands are now required to access community amenities (pools, beaches, etc.)
🔹 $10 per wristband per person (Valid for your entire stay)
🔹 You can buy directly at the Clubhouse or pre-order it from us, just let us know in advance
🔹 Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn while using amenities
🔹 Pre-ordered wristbands will be held at the 534 Gate House

⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. ‼️Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. ⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continueontheirway.

♨️ Hot Tub Notice – Please Read 😊
📌We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
