The home can accommodate up to 6 guests and requires a 3-night minimum stay.
The open floor plan living area features a comfortable sofa, TV, and a balcony with panoramic views, creating a wonderful space to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen includes ample storage space and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers comfortable seating for enjoyable meals. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and boasts its own bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Equipped with Wi-Fi (with 325mbps speed, perfect for remote/work-from-home setup!), central air conditioning, and 4 parking spaces. NOTE: Do not park on any covered carport. Guests are welcome to park in any uncovered parking spaces adjacent to the home or on the street. Up to two small dogs under 35lbs are allowed with landlord approval and an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet, sorry no cats!

PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
Payment of the refundable security deposit must be received prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
