Enter through the welcoming front door to two queen bedrooms split by a full bath. The laundry and the garage entrance are on your left and then the master bedroom entrance overlooking the rear of the home. The master bedroom has it all, an ultra comfortable king bed, large tv, workspace desk and master bath. The spa like master bath has double sinks, a garden tub, walk in shower and walk in closet.
Just outside the master is the open concept great room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would every need, a large island and breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining or hanging out while the kitchen is in action. The countertops are quartz and the appliances are stainless steel.
The dining room easily accommodates 6 with a warm and elegant style. The great room has a massive sectional sofa and movie sized television for the whole family. Just off the great room you and enjoy the covered patio and grill. Again seating for 6 al fresco. Views from every room of the sparking heated pool. Swim, sunbath and just enjoy the Arizona sun. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit and a late night dip. There is a 2 car garage, super fast wifi, cable TV and an indoor laundry room.

SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
