Indoor game tables, board games, 70 inch 4K HDTV, Fireplace, Fully stocked kitchen, books will keep everyone busy & entertained Central AC/Heat
Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with a lot of grocery items and a water filter for drinking and cooking water, First-aid, A 70 inch 4K HDTV with Netflix and other streaming services for you to entertain, Board Games, Toys, MD Sports 54 inch 4 in 1 Combo Game table with Foosball, Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool table , Backyard swings, a handmade outdoor Ping-Pong table. Inside you will find Novels, Magazines and other Books, Carrom board, Internet, Kids playroom, Bathroom supplies with fresh towels, two twin size futons in family room that converts in to extra beds, a queen size Futon bed in Living room that you can recline back to make a comfy bed. bedroom linens, pillows, comforters, Hot water, Central Heating, fans and the best part is our awesome BBQ area in backyard with a beautiful seating arrangement and a propane gas fire pit with seating arrangements to spend a memorable evening with your loved ones.
Please feel free to use anything you find in kitchen cabinets!!!
We have all basic grocery items, pots, and utensils including Sugar, Salt, Cooking Oil, Oil Spray, Coffee, Spaghetti noodles, all-purpose flour, we have some rice and beans too, cake & cookies mix, popcorns, there are spices in the kitchen, we have paper towels, washcloths, all pots, pans, and cooking utensil, we have a toaster, instant pot, Coffee maker, Mixer grinder, gas cook-top, oven range and microwave
you have a central Heating System and for Summer you have central Air Conditioner.
We have also added a big play structure in our backyard with multiple swings
You can also bring your own tents to put in our fenced and private backyard to enjoy camping under pine trees in a safe environment, the fenced backyard is big enough to accommodate multiple tents in case if you want to enjoy that experience.
An open drive-in path from the property entrance, which allows you to park multiple cars if you are coming with a big group
Please not that Pets are NOT allowed and main entrances to the home are equipped with 24 hours surveillance security cameras. Any evidence of brining pets to our home will automatically result in fine of 200 dollars
Checkout Procedure
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked from inside.
Before leaving please turn off all lights and Heat
Please load and start the dishwasher, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
Please return all furniture (futon and chairs etc.) to where it was when you arrived
Please return all games, books to their respective place
The backyard has WM trash cans and there is a roll of trash bags in the kitchen (cabinet under sink), please fill in your trash in trash bags and leave it in the trash can in the backyard. Please only put recycle items in recycle bin
Pull door to close it, it should automatically get closed as you pull it in. In case if its not locking that means you have moved the lock knob inside to open position, just move it 90 degree and try to lock the door again.
