3 Bedroom House in Lakehead
Newly updated: 2022 our home has a fresh coat of Interior paint, the carpets upstairs have been taken out & we installed vinyl flooring, (better for disinfecting between guests), in 2021 we redid the whole deck, new chairs in the game room, Northern Pop Corn Company table top pop corn marker & a new room heater downstairs in the game room.
This beautiful two story 3 bedroom 2 bath house sleeps 10, has a private driveway and boat parking.

The internet is sufficiently fast for streaming multiple devices at the same time.
To do at the house:
The lower floor has a large game room. Ping pong and Foosball table along with a 65" TV with a 4K UHD Blue-Ray DVD player, and long sofa. The internet is sufficiently fast for streaming multiple devices at the same time. The game room has a sliding glass door that exits to a large covered patio, with a table with chairs & a gas fire pit. Make sure you take time to relax and enjoy nature. We have a variety of movies, books, board games and puzzles. Mature trees surrounding the home to help keep it cool, but to boost that it has central heating & air.
Home tour:
The front door on the main level enters the Livingroom. This floor includes the kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms & a bathroom. There is a 75" TV with a 4K UHD Blue-Ray DVD player in the living room.
There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a large wrap around deck from the front door to the sliding glass door leading to the dining area. The deck includes a retractable awning and picnic table to enjoy the mornings sunrise, evening sunset and all the time in between. The kitchen is u-shaped and fully equipped with a new stove/oven and dishwasher, also all new pots, pans, gadgets, and utensils it also has a fridge/freezer combo, microwave, toaster and more. The two bedrooms both have large dressers and walk-in closets. The bedroom on the right has a king sized bed and the bedroom on the left has a queen sized bed. The upstairs bathroom has a his and her sink with a tub & shower combo.
Downstairs there is a second bathroom with a single sink & shower. The bedroom has a king sized and dresser with closet. The large game room has two twin sized beds & plenty of couch space.
Driveway has room for 4 cars. There is boat parking on the front of the property along the road.

Water access is just a short walk to Sugarloaf Marina. About 2.5mi from I-5, dining, market & gas. The perfect place to spend time making memories with family & friends.
Shasta Lake is the best Lake in California, warm water during summer, 365 miles of shoreline, many fingers to water ski or wake board with calm water, massive dam, fishing everywhere, multiple marinas to fuel the boat. The Lakehead community is the most desirable part of Shasta Lake, it is the upper Sacramento arm. Lakehead a safe sought after family friendly neighborhood please be respectful. Quiet time 10pm-8am
This area has everything! Just 30min from Redding where you will find WaterWorks Water Park, Oasis Family Fun Center (mini golf, arcade, escape room, go carts & more), two movie theaters, Nice Shot (indoor shooting range), Redding Gun Club (trap & skeet shooting), Win River Resort & Casino, several golf courses & more.
We are also near Chappie-Shasta OHV Park (220+ miles of trail) and Mount Shasta Ski Resort. We also have outdoor activities galore right around us including waterfalls, hiking, spelunking/caves, kayaking, boating, fishing, mountain biking and dirt bike trails. What more could you want?
