Positive: We had a great experience from start to finish. Andy and Jo (the owners) were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even waited up to check us in as we got delayed. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room had a private terrace literally 50' from the beach. The food was all cooked fresh including daily specials and pastries. Facilities in the room were excellent and probably first hotel I've stayed in that doesn't have UHT Milk pods, we had a mini half pint fresh mile for tea and coffee in the fridge - over fantastic experience and will be our go-to hotel for IOW in future.

Negative: There was nothing not to like about this hotel, could not find anything that I wouldn't consider 10 out of 10
