This home is a fully-furnished, renovated character home located on a quiet street in the charming, established neighbourhood of Caswell Hill and close to downtown.
This home has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed each. The 3rd bedroom can also be used as a den. The main level features open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas. This home has 2 fully appointed bathrooms with one with a tub on the second level and another with a large walk-in tiled shower in the finished basement.
This home features hardwood floors on the main and upper levels, an enclosed front verandah, a gas fireplace, high end appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen, central vacuum, air conditioning, and ceiling pot lights on two levels. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Patio doors give way to a wooden deck and spacious, fully-fenced private backyard.
