About this space
Get ready to spread out at this very spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house located in a quite cul-de-sac. You'll enjoy the great location just about 10 minutes to TTU, UMC, and Covenant Medical Center. There are many amenities within just blocks including golf, dining, and shopping. You can even park in the 2 car garage should we happen to have some bad weather. You can catch a view of our great sunsets from the peaceful back patio.
The space
The kitchen is stocked with a Kuerig, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, among other things. There will be a few complimentary K-cups but you will need to provide your own for longer stays. There will be a limited selection of soap and shampoo but please bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Guest access
Guests can park in the driveway or garage. There is no room for curb parking. You will have also have access to a clothes washer and dryer.
Other things to note
There is high speed internet and WIFI but no cable TV. We do have an antennae for local channels. The air mattress in the 4th bedroom will only be provided when requested and if more than 6 guests are booked(there is an extra fee for more than 6 guests of $15 per night).
