Summary: Nothing in the listing mentioned the ongoing construction outside the building or the work being done througout parts of the building. Unfortunately, both began early and were quite intrusive in the unit. Additionally, we got the feeling that the kinks of the new building were not worked through yet. When we arrived, the cleaning crew did not complete their job, the kitchen faucet did not work and one bathroom faucet was lose and about to fall aprart. By the end of the second day, the cleaning crew completed their job and both faucets were fixed, but that was two days of unnecessary inconvenience and our contact through texting never picked up the phone but rather kept limited contact through texting with little acknowledgement of two days with the unit less than ready. Those issues aside and assuming the construction and kinks in the new building get resolved, the unit will be as represented and will be comfortable.
