Positive: We chose this place because of the very high ratings across different platforms and therefore expected something really good, but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The owners are a lovely couple! Very kind and helpful. They answered all our questions, assisted us whenever we needed, and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected and we highly appreciate it. Their hospitality is truly great. In addition - the location is great. But unfortunately the room itself felt very basic and quite small. In the evening it wasn’t well lit, there was no comfortable seating area, and the bathroom and shower were very cramped with no real separation (Only a bath curtain but the water remained in the toilet too). For the price we paid (1,160 THB per night) in the low season. we believe it’s possible to find something better in Chiang Mai within the same price range. Overall, service and friendliness were excellent, but the facilities did not meet our expectations compared to the cost and the reviews we had read.
