The down stairs is cooled by a centrally located 10,000 BTU AC in the large kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, Living room, full bathroom, sunroom out to the deck, backyard and outdoor shower.
Backyard has a outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor shower and I nice yard to relax in.
*Central Cape Cod location.
