You will pass by a small lavender field and then you'll see Lake Michigan with its magnificent colors as you drive down the hill. Enjoy the view through the house as you walk into the butterfly garden on your way to the large inviting mahogany front door.
Located on a low bluff with easy access to the beach, and just three and a half miles to the pubs, restaurants and shops of downtown Manistee, this year round home has wonderful privacy while offering beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house or from one of two outdoor decks on the lake side. You can enjoy the brick patio on the forest and orchard side where you can sip your morning coffee with the sunrise while watching butterflies and hummingbirds flit from flower to flower. Four bedrooms (three king beds on the main floor and one more queen bed in the lower level) along with three spacious baths and a washer/dryer laundry room make this a very comfortable place to stay. The large great room with a natural stone fireplace and adjoining open kitchen area are where family memories made. The lower level has an additional family space with Cable TV available. Internet and wifi throughout the house. Sleeps 10 including the sofa sleeper in the great room on the main floor.
