• This listing is for the main house. There is a second private apartment above the garage that may be rented to other guests. The two units do not share any common interior space, and each has its own separate hot tub. You may book both units together through our other listing.
• Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
• Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with Ski On Ski Off Killington, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Hot Tub: You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
