Positive: All staff were amazing throughout our stay. Also loved the pool area.

Negative: 1. Beds are so uncomfortable and the room layout was off. The room wasn't nice at all and was too busy which made it really hard to relax. The sliding doors between the bathroom and the bedroom also did not work which made it impossible to have any privacy. 2. Clean the glass around the pool. You have the most amazing infinity pool looking out over the park yet you can't see much when you're in the pool because it's impossible to see through the dirty glass.
