This luxury villa stands out for the high quality of its construction, furniture and facilities. The interior of the property will surprise you with the spaciousness of its bedrooms, living rooms and especially its immense kitchen. Its 6 bedrooms have their own bathroom, 4 of them en suite. All bedrooms, the dining room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Outside, you will enjoy several perfectly conditioned spaces: two outdoor dining areas, barbecue area, covered chill-out terrace, a beautiful gazebo in the garden, sunbed area and lawn next to the pool, etc. The pool is fenced for the protection of the youngest members of the house.
This wonderful house is surrounded by an exquisitely maintained Mediterranean-style garden where rose bushes, bougainvilleas, and olive trees stand out. It is located on a large rustic plot surrounded by trees and vineyards. A privileged location, with great privacy, with hardly any neighbours and just 600 metres from the charming fishing village of Moraira, famous for its spectacular sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters, tranquillity, and the quality of its restaurants and shops.
The property is divided into two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the first floor are the two dining rooms and the kitchen. This excellent kitchen has wide sliding doors that open directly onto the garden, where the outdoor dining areas, barbecue, and swimming pool are located.
In a more private area of the main floor, three bedrooms are located in the same corridor. Bedroom #1 has an elegant en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom #2 has an external bathroom. Bedroom #3 has an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. On the ground floor, in a very quiet area of the house, the other three bedrooms are located. Bedrooms #4 and #5 can be joined by a door to form a large family bedroom. Next to bedroom #4 there is a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #5 has an en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom #6 is a family bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, the main entrance and the garage are also located.
