The property has a brand new kitchen and has been updated throughout to include everything you would need for your next family holiday including reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, a range of beach toys and board games and a BBQ for those warm summer days. The property is surrounded by lovely gardens and a shady veranda capturing afternoon summer breezes. There is a 3 way bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet which you can access from the main bedroom, laundry and hallway. There is also an outdoor shower surrounded in bamboo to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. A security deposit of $500.00 will apply to this property.
