This home is perfect for a fun and private getaway. The location is nearly considered downtown but really more in the Germantown area. We are just a few miles away from Downtown Nashville, including the Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Music City Center, etc. ($6-7 Uber ride to Broadway).
Right off of I65, which makes all of Nashville very accessible.
The first thing you notice is the gorgeous, bright hardwood floor located throughout the home. The large kitchen and living room layout make it great for entertaining! Summary: The house is close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium but out of the busy and loud that Broadway is. It's an easy drive to the action. And it is a really nice house, we loved it.
