This luxurious roof top penthouse is located atop the Summit Building, a boutique luxury building in the desirable Westside neighborhood with shady streets and great local restaurants. The Summit is walking distance to the Crossroads, Kaufman Performing Arts Center, and Power & Light KC and is located above the popular Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse.
Some of the best places to eat in the neighborhood include Blue Bird Bistro & Ibis Bakery for breakfast, and West Side Local for dinner.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this unit and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse.
Our place is about 20 minutes from KCI airport. We are only a couple minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the T-Mobile Center, Union Station, Crown Center, KC Convention Center (only a 10 minute walk) and American Royal Center.
20 minute drive to both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 30 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area.
Options to get around, if you do not have or rent a vehicle, are Uber, Lyft or Bird Scooters.
The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you between the River Market and Union Station.
Parking: There is one parking spot. It is located on the first floor under the building and the entrance is tight so large SUV's, such as Yukons, Escalades and Expeditions, may be hard to maneuver in and out. Mid size SUV's, e.g. RAV4, jeep grand cherokee, etc, and compact cars will be able to park.
Noise carries on the balcony so we ask that you come inside after 11pm.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$100 per pet per month
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
