Summary: This apartment is perfect for people looking to explore NYC, having a good place to sleep in a convenient location away from the city buzz. Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. Astonishing view from NY skyline during most of the way. Hosts were amazing giving very detailed instructions for parking, public transportation, city activities, etc. Parking was just as described by hosts. Recommend following their instructions to get a spot. It worked really well for us. Given that it’s located in an old building, the apartment itself is very decent. Kitchen and Bathroom were renovated and are looking good. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. We were a party of 9 and that was exactly what we were looking for.
