With 5 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a futon, there's plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom has either a sofa or sectional providing sleeping for up to 15 people. There is also 5 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Plus, there's an additional game room with billiard table and pac man with room for a queen blow up mattress for even more relaxation.
The dining room/kitchen area has seating and table settings for 18 people. There are 2 fireplaces - one in the sunken living room and another in the den. Our home features 5 large screen televisions in the common areas. There are 2 ice makers and a bar that seats another 16 people.
You can also rent the reception room which seats 100 people at round banquet tables. This is the perfect place for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, special family celebrations, repasts, or holiday gatherings
Our home sits on over 15 beautifully manicured acres. There is a fire pit on the front porch and on the rear patio.
We are a 5 minute drive to I-95 and the half way point between New York and Miami.
