The community itself has three nine-hole golf courses, the world-renowned Van der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort, a health spa, and miles of well-maintained trails for biking and walking so you may never want to leave!
Boasting a screened back porch with large, sliding doors that open into the living area and dining area, there is plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax. The living area provides the perfect place for everyone to perch inside with comfortable seating, games and DVDs in the credenza under the 75" TV, while central air-conditioning keeps everyone during summer months. Enjoy the full kitchen with a new French-door refrigerator and prepare something special. There is a large kitchen island so grab a few helpers if need be! Plenty of outdoor space allows everyone to dine alfresco, while a gas grill allows everyone to add charred favorites to the menu.
There are three comfortable bedrooms in the entire home, including the coveted primary, with a comfortable king bed, a private deck that overlooks the lagoon, and a completely redesigned en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Additional amenities include a Peloton bike across from the kitchen and beach gear located in the closet in the front foyer, and a washer/dryer off the kitchen.
