**Please note that we have this property listed for sale. We have let realtors & brokers know that they have only 2 opportunities per week to show the house. Please know that the home MAY be visited Wednesdays &/or Saturdays from 11am - 12pm. There MAY be exceptions made to accommodate other days/times during the week, but for the most part we will try to stick to the plan! Summary: This house was plenty big for my two siblings and I, with all of our significant others and our kids. We hung out at the house in the kid friendly backyard every night and had our morning coffee in the hot tub. Ventured out to the beaches of Long Beach and Redondo, even hit Disneyland, and explored around where my mom was raised in Palos Verdes. Nothing felt far away. Something like 30mins from LAX made travel easy, plenty of parking in the street too! We were worried the kitchen was going to be a bit small, but we loved having two living rooms and plenty of outdoor furniture and a bbq so every meal still felt comfortable and wasn’t cramped at all. Each of us having our own corners of the house and plenty of bathrooms scattered throughout was nice! Getting the sunrise on the ocean in the morning instead of sunset (because of the point direction), was a trip! Gets a little warm when the sun comes up but the bedrooms all have blinds and the AC works great so you could sleep in just fine. Great place with all you could ask for! Seems the host really cares too! Highly recommended!
