With 1650sf of open living space and upgrades to make your stay comfortable, The Gunnison is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends on vacation. Cyclists will love all the secure storage areas & the short ride to the Monument or Lunch Loops. Pets & kids will love the grassy yard. Sorry, no cats!
The Gunnison is ideally located at the corner of downtown with easy access by foot to restaurants, coffee houses, bike shops, and breweries. You are within 2 miles of many grocery stores & retail shops: REI, Lowe's, Sam's Club and more. You can easily bike to the areas most popular singletrack trails or to the bike path (to Fruita, Loma or Palisade). CMU is a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. There's a part at the end of the block.
