Summary: The pros: This property is very large, and surrounded by woods with beautiful views all the way to downtown Denver from the primary suite. There is plenty of dinning space and seating for a large group. The hot tub works beautifully. The check-in process, because they are using an agency, is very easy. The cons: While very clean overall, the grout in the shower in the primary suite is heavily stained and in immediate need of a redo, and was unexpected in a house of this caliber. There are signs in the bedrooms asking that guests not have any food/drink in the bedrooms -- this seems overly restrictive to not be allowed to have coffee in the morning in your own room while on vacation. There is limited kitchenware for a house that sleeps so many -- we ended up buying a set of drinking glasses for 8 and leaving them at the house. As indicated in another review, the fireplaces, though advertised as a feature, do not actually work. While she had been responsive about an earlier question, when we reached out to the local contact to inquire about them, we never heard back. The house would also benefit from additional outdoor seating to enjoy the decks.
