Summary: Check in was easy and there was a welcome gift in the foyer on arrival! This home served us well. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (1 en-suite and two others) was very do-oable for our family of 9 to be able to get ready for 3 mornings and attend full day conventions 20 minutes away at the LawrenceJoel Veterans Coliseum. Three of the bedrooms (including the one master en-suite) and a hall bathroom are and on the main level with just a walk (as pictured) from the driveway and about 5 steps to the front door. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level accessible from the stairs in the the hallway and also accessible from the available for use 2 car garage. (for any with mobility issues). There were a two major (in my eyes) house keeping misses when we arrived, but I contacted Dave the next morning, and he had housekeeping go over and address them promptly as we were going to be out for the day. But for those issues, we wouldnt have needed any visits from any of the management team. There is carpet in the dining room (as pictured) so we didnt use it, because with two little children it was inviting trouble. There were 3 smart TVs I believe, and indoor as well as outdoor games available. It would probably be nice to have more seating available down stairs where the pool table and TV are. PB
