Summary: This is a wonderful large house in quiet neighborhood in Maricopa with plenty of space for a large family or golf group in our case. We had 4 in our party so each person had their own individual bedroom with queen beds and there is actually a 5th bedroom (all 5 bedrooms are on the upstairs level) which has a bunk bed. The air conditioning worked fantastically even upstairs and was much appreciated. We were golfing in temps from 100 to 113 for the two weeks we were there so was nice to be able to cool down in the evening and sleep well as we were outside a lot as golfed 10 out of 12 days. We ate several meals in and grilled once outside on the house’s charcoal grill but ate dinner out all but three times so had breakfast at the VRBO every day as gone after breakfast until night. Didn’t have gas grill operational which would have been nice but no big deal as we only grilled out once as it was so hot. Showers all worked great and had nice pressure so that was also welcomed. Over all we much enjoyed our stay as it fit our needs well for our golf trip!! There are a couple things that need to be looked at in the house. The dishwasher leaked slightly on the kitchen floor as we ran it several times and required a small clean up and the garbage disposal wasn’t operational but the owner ordered one to install. The other thing to mention is that the property doesn’t have cable or Direct TV service which we didn’t really check out ourselves before renting so that’s on us.
